The runner/busser role is the backbone of a smooth dining experience at Riff Raff. You're the reason food hits the table hot, drinks get refilled, and guests feel taken care of even between server visits. This is a great entry point into our FOH team — and a role we take seriously.

You'll be moving constantly, communicating with servers and kitchen staff, and keeping your eyes open for what needs to happen next — before anyone has to ask. When it slows down, you reset, restock, and support wherever the team needs you most.

As a Brewer's Assistant at Riff Raff, you'll work alongside our brewers on our 15-barrel system, getting hands-on experience in every stage of the brewing process — from grain to glass. You'll be an essential part of keeping our brewery running smoothly — that means diving into the unglamorous stuff too, like deep cleaning tanks and equipment, moving heavy grain bags and kegs, and making sure every step of the process meets our quality standards. You'll be working across multiple stations including the grill, fryer, and salad line, with most items pre-prepped and ready to execute. Occasionally you'll be called on to help with prep work as needed.
